No prior wrestling experience is necessary. Visitors and new wrestlers are welcome to visit our practice to find out more about the club and how our practices operate. Bring your workout gear to be able to participate. A few suggestions on appropriate workout wear: No loose fitting clothing, no pockets in shorts/sweatpants, wrestling shoes only. Regular wrestling singlets or other types of MMA/grapple gear may be worn as well. Bring extra shirts and a towel if needed. Extra wrestling shoes and some gear is available to borrow on a limited basis if neessary. Although bottled water is usually available on-site, it is suggested that you bring your own. A restroom/changing room is available in our practice facility.

Each practice costs $10 per session - IN CASH, payable at the beginning of practice. No other forms of payment are accepted unless arrangements are approved by Club Management in advance. Club gear is also available at practices for purchase.

Each wrestler must fill out and sign a Liability & Release Waiver at your first practice in order to participate.

Everyone who practices with our club must have a current, valid USA Wrestling card. It must be obtained and presented to the Club Director before the third practice to be able to gain continued access to the mat. This is a mandatory requirement through our club charter with USA Wrestling. More information on obtaining a USAW membership card can be found HERE.
